C.O.B.R.A. Itty Bitty Hockey

Meets: Fridays | 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
This program teaches children the basic motor skills to play hockey while being indoors in tennis shoes. The class will also focus on fundamentals and knowledge of the game without the threat of competition or getting hurt. Sticks and other supplies provided. (AGES 3-5)

Taylored Athletes: Basketball

The TA Basketball Fundamentals and Elite Training program is designed to bring high-quality instruction to aspiring young professional athletes. We focus primarily on enhancing each athlete's Fundamentals Skills, Basketball IQ, and Self Empowerment all while reinforcing the fundamentals of basketball. United States Cheerleading Association presents Pro Cheer classes! *CHEER - (definition) Joy, Happiness, Exuberance* -Come join in our fun, exciting program that is designed to enhance self-esteem, character and social skills. Each class is designed to promote teamwork, coordination and athletic ability while bringing out the best in each of our students. All areas are approached--Cheers, Chants, Partner Stunts, Jumps, Tumbling and Dances--with a focus on perfection before progression and developing correct safety and spotting techniques. Awards are presented to every participant at the end of each session. All students perform in our session-end SHOWCASE. Classes are offered August - April. (AGES 4-9)

Gymnastics is a great way to build confidence and coordination. Every spring the gymnastics program invites all students to participate in our end of the year recital. Classes are 40 - 55 minutes. (AGES 2 & UP)

Rhythmic Gymnastics

This class is especially designed for females. Extremely popular in Europe, and is a fascinating combination f ballet, acrobatics and theatrical prop handling. Its oriented toward developing grace, smoothness and connection with musical accompaniment. Rhythmic Gymnastics involves two kinds of techniques; body movement and apparatus handling. In this class children will learn the basic techniques with rope, hoop and ribbon, while improving their balance, flexibility, strength, agility and hand-eye coordination. This class is structured to enhance overall self-confidence. Classes are 45 - 90 minutes. (AGES 3 & UP)

Kidokinetics

The "Fun Way to Fitness" - your child will learn a new sport each week. They will be introduced to the basics of each sport in a fun and non-competitive atmosphere. Activities include soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball, volleyball, frisbee, golf, hula hoops, obstacle courses, T-ball and more. All classes are led by experienced coaches who will provide a fun and safe environment for learning. Kidokinetics focuses on individual achievement to improve the child's self confidence.
