- Patron reserving a pavilion
must reside within the limits of the City of Boca Raton or Greater Beach
and Park District.
- Patron must present proof of residency at time
of reserving.
- Patrons must reserve and pay for pavilion in
person.
- Pavilions may be reserved up to 90 days in
advance.
- Reservations may be
made no later than 5:00pm of the day prior to use. Sunday reservations
must be reserved by 5:00pm on Friday.
- All sales are final;
pavilion fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Alcoholic beverages
are prohibited within the park.
- Permittee must occupy pavilion within thirty
(30) minutes of reservation time.
- Effective May 1, 2008 Sugar Sand Park has been designated a No-Smoking park by the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District.
- Pets are not permitted in the park.
- Fireworks, sparklers or any open flame
items are prohibited.
- Propane is
prohibited in the park.
- One character (Characters, clown, magician,
etc.) is permitted. More than one character requires
a Pavilion Event Request.
- Additional equipment
such as tables, chairs, sound equipment (with the
exception of small personal boom boxes or radios), cotton
candy machines, or catered events also require a Pavilion Event Request.
- Bounce houses, play
structures, kiddy pools, sprinklers, hoses, and all other
amusement apparatus are prohibited.
- Taping, posting, or hanging of signage
throughout park is prohibited and will be removed.
- All decorations must
be removed and discarded by permittee.
- Charcoal must be
fully extinguished by occupant before leaving using hoses
provided at pavilion.
Pavilion Event Requests may be obtained at Sugar Sand Park's
front desk.
