Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How big is the theatre?

The Willow Theatre is a 155-seat proscenium indoor theatre.  It is roughly 25 feet deep and 44 feet across at it's widest. Click the Photo Tour button above for pictures.

2.  I can't come to a show and I would like to give my tickets to someone else.  What do I do?

First, call us at 561-347-3948 during box office hours and let us know.  Then, fax us at your earliest convenience at 561-347-3910, or mail us a letter with the following information:

Today's Date
Your name
Address
Phone
Performance name
Performance date & time
Seat number(s) (L-4, B-6, etc.)
Name of person(s) receiving the tickets
Most importantly, write the following statement:
I (your name) will not be picking up these tickets and I give permission for (ticket recipient) to pick them up.  I accept the charges to my credit card.
Then, sign your name.
If possible, please include a photocopy of your ID.

3.  I lost my tickets.  What do I do?

Call us during box office hours and let us know.  We can reprint your tickets and leave them in Will Call. Be sure to bring an ID with you.

4.  Does the Willow Theatre mail tickets?

At this time, we cannot mail out tickets.  When purchased over the phone, they are held at Will Call until picked up.

5.  Can I reserve tickets and pay for them later?

At this time, all tickets ordered over the phone and in person must be paid for at time of purchase.

6.  Does my child/infant need a seat?

Every person entering the Willow Theatre must have a ticket.  This includes toddlers and infants. We do not have "lap seating".

7.  Does the Willow Theatre have handicapped seating?

The Willow Theatre has four wheelchair accessible spaces for patrons to pull into with wheelchairs.  There are no chairs in these spots.

8.  Are strollers allowed inside?

Strollers may not be brought into the theatre, however infants with a ticket may be brought in carry-seats to be placed in a seat.

9.  How do I get in contact with a group performing at the Willow Theatre?

Contact the box office during hours and they will be happy to give you contact information.

10. Do you offer group rates?

Unfortunately, the Willow Theatre does not currently offer group rates for any of our productions.

11.  My child or I want to be in a show.  Who can we contact?

To audition with any particular group, you would have to contact that particular group directly.  Call the box office and we will be happy to give you contact information.  The Community Center does have a Children's Drama Workshop.  Please call 561-347-3900 for more information.

12. How do I receive a listing of upcoming shows or join the mailing list?

When you purchase tickets your local address is automatically entered into our mailing list. You may also join our mailing list at the community center, or by speaking to a box office representative during box office hours. Complete brochures are available on the website. Please note that we mail to local addresses only.

13.  Where is the Willow Theatre?

14.  Is food and drink allowed in the theatre?

All food and drink must be consumed outside of the theatre.  We need everyone's help in keeping our theatre a clean and pest-free environment.
