ENCHANTED WORLDS CODING & ROBOTICS
Ages 5-6
Focused on getting young learners more interested in becoming creators and innovators. Through fun and exciting curriculum, campers will work in a team-oriented atmosphere, where they are challenged with different tasks each day. Along with teaching your child the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and leadership, your little one will build and program robots and take part in other STEM challenges. By the end of this camp, your child will have learned basic coding principles and will be a role model for other young kids they meet. Demonstration for parents on Friday, 6/3, at 12:30pm. Have your child explore and develop their personalities and draw out their creative sides through acting and improvisation! The activities range from vocal and physical warm-ups, creative improvisation, "acting" games, focus and attention span building exercises to build confidence in their public speaking, ensemble work, and develop their own creativity, all the while having fun! SCIENCE CAMP
Science Camp offers your child an exciting and fun opportunity to explore the world around us.
Campers entering grades 1-5 will experience a different science theme consisting of three activities each day. We will engage in tons of exciting experiments that will be sure to entice the curious mind of your budding scientist.
Water, Water Everywhere is the theme for rising Kindergarteners. They will discover the wonders of water in our bodies, in the ground, in the air and more.
All camps are hands-on and emphasize active learning and fun. Science Camp is comprised of eight one-week sessions, running from June 6 – July 29. Due to the popularity of the program and limited number of spaces, each child will only be permitted to attend one session of camp per summer.
There is an open house for Science Camp 2022 on Saturday, June 4 from 10am until noon at the Sugar Sand Park Community Center. This is your opportunity to pick up your t-shirt, learn about the camp program, ask questions, make any necessary adjustments to your child’s enrollment paperwork, and make sure that your camper is ready to go on their first day. Attendance is not required but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fill your week with action, adventure, and a lot of comedy with this camp. Mentored by master filmmakers, campers will engage in hands-on exploration of the stop motion animation process. Working in small crews, they will learn about stop motion animation, set design, script writing, and editing as they create their own stop motion animation, and edit a short film and movie trailer. Each film crew will use a MacBook and an HD stop motion camera under the guidance of their own film maker. Red Carpet Film Festival for parents on Friday at 2:30pm. FUTURE VETERINARIANS - FULL

This is THE camp for kids who want to become Veterinarians, or who just love animals! Students will 'adopt' a plush animal to perform mock exams, surgeries, and other procedures. Topics include: the vet's office, pharmacy and lab, basic animal anatomy and physiology, pet care and nutrition, diagnosing common illness and injuries, treatment plans, solving a 'medical mystery', and getting into vet school.
